Eat at the counter. Six seats, no bookings, with a short carte. Or go up to the Roof, which doesn't take bookings either.

Only at the counter. In the dining room it's one five-course menu at €68, changing every three weeks.

Tell us when you book, not at the table. The kitchen plans ahead. There is a vegetarian version of the menu; let us know the day before.

Not under 10. The dining room is small and the building carries sound. It's nothing against children; it's the building.

No. There is no spa, no gym and no pool. There is a restaurant, and it is the reason to come.

€18 a person, in the restaurant. From 7.30 to 10.30. Nobody has it in bed; there are no trays.

The Mansarde, if you ask us. The cheapest and the most atmospheric. Trame for the height, the Ateliers for the light, the Grand Atelier for the bath.

Yes. Take metro line C to Croix-Paquet: it's the old funicular, and it does the climb for you. Then five minutes on foot.

You can, but don't. No parking, narrow street. The public car park at Terreaux is at the foot of the hill. Most guests arrive by train.
